Our Adult fundamentals class led by Mark Toronjo focusses on a conceptual framework for beginners and experienced students. Mark will guide you to understanding how defense, guard retention, guard recovery and pinning escapes will help build a foundation so that you can survive or inhibit your opponent's attack systems.
